Service Description

BillSnitch is a subscription price monitoring service. We connect to your bank accounts via Plaid to detect recurring charges, monitor them for price changes, and alert you when increases are detected. We may also generate AI-powered complaint letters to help you dispute unwanted price hikes.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate bank credentials when connecting accounts through Plaid
• One account per person — do not create multiple accounts
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BillSnitch

Subscription Pricing

BillSnitch costs $4.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. New users may be eligible for a free trial period as indicated during signup. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to BillSnitch until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Liability Limitations

• BillSnitch is not financial advice — we provide monitoring and alerts, not financial recommendations
• We do not automatically cancel subscriptions on your behalf — all actions require your explicit decision
• Price monitoring is provided on a best-effort basis — we cannot guarantee detection of every price change
• AI-generated complaint letters are drafts for your review and should be verified before sending
• BillSnitch is not liable for any financial losses resulting from missed or delayed alerts

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you via email if the changes are significant. Continued use of BillSnitch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
